Two applicants - £540.00 inc VAT
Additional tenants - £90.00 inc VAT per tenant
If you are securing a property more than 1 month in advance we will require a £250.00 holding deposit once references have passed, this will then be knocked off the first month’s rent.

A security deposit of one and a half months’ rent and the first month up front are due in cleared funds prior to the move in date. (If a holding deposit of £250.00has been taken this will be deducted from your first month’s rent)
Check Out Fee’s:
If the landlord has chosen to have an independent inventory compiled, you will be liable to meet the check out fee, this will range from £132.00 inc vat for a one bedroom unfurnished property up to £222.00 inc vat for a five bedroom furnished property, this fee will be deducted from your deposit.
